Hi everyone! Hope you had a fantastic weekend and here I am back with my second week of the Nail Before Halloween challenge. In case you need a refresher here's the schedule:
The Nails Before Halloween Schedule
Week 1: Inspired by a Favourite Horror Movie
Week 2: Blood and Gore
Week 3: Monsters
Week 4: Inspired by a Favourite Supernatural TV Show
Week 5: Choice but must be done with a combination of purple, black, orange or green
Last week was Jack Skellington nails and this week is Blood and Gore. So of course I had to do some creepy drippy blood nails. While I was doing them, I found it actually a bit more difficult than I had imagined but essentially the technique is dot-and-drag. You dot where you want the drip to end and drag it back to the tips of your nails.

I've discovered that I've been using a lot of the same polishes over and over again but I think that's because I don't have any alternatives (excuse to buy more polish!) For example the white, which is always White On by Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear because I don't known any other whites. Although I'm itching to get my hands on a bottle of My Boyfriend Scales Walls from OPI. I've been seeing good things from it.
Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this post and I've got another entry for this challenge coming up later in the week. To take a look at all my entries, click on this banner:
